Bought car sight unseen , trusting dealer to ship car and give detailed condition. Car had been painted on and front shocks where locked up, and they stole the floor mats out of it before shipping.
I asked the service manager to get back with me regarding a slit in the carpet on my 2016 Canyon. He said it was put in the carpet for some option....however did not know what option. He said he had a carpet man that he would talk to about it but, He never bothered make contact with me in any form.
