Highly disappointed! Had a full sized sedan for 7 days reserved. When we arrived they only had ONE INTERMEDIATE car available. My boyfriend keeps hitting his head upon entering this vehicle. Had we known of this change we would have had the opportunity to search elsewhere and wouldn't have the opportunity to take a day off which in turn meant I had to spend my bday day on the road rushing to turn in the car! DONT GO HERE!
Very disappointed!!! Really do not even deserve one star! We reserved a van for vacation over a month ago. Received a call today(we leave on Wednesday) that said they overbook vans! Can you do that if you book over a month in advance!?! We WILL NOT use them again!!

Customer service I feel was pretty poor. My car needed to be serviced and no one could seem to help me they just sent me on to the next Enterprises. Without answering any of my questions.
