I’m only giving it a one star because I have to put at least one to rate! I am an employee at my local Factory Connection and I went in to buy a Christmas gift from the Martin store while we were visiting family and the employees were RUDE RUDE RUDE! There is one lady who smiled at me my whole visit.. the other two were hateful. One approached me with “what do you need” as a pose to “how can I help you?” Or something a little more appropriate and the young girl was snooty and very rude to even what seemed like her regulars. They will never get business from me and everyone I know will be told not to go here.
