I can't say that I approve or am happy with this company being the monopoly they are today, but I will say that it is super convenient to be able to go to one store for pretty much anything a family could need. The prices are usually reasonable, but not always the cheapest. You are supposed to be able to show them proof of a price at another store and get them to match it, however, I have never done this myself so I cannot speak to the experience with that. Customer service is usually pretty good, but I have found that it differs depending on location.
Very unpleasant experience. None of the so called associates are in any way public friendly. Extremely assuming that everybody is a shop lifter. Several associates cased me and then was ran down for nothing at all. Even had the receipt in hand was .
