When the hell are you going to put people back to work we are completely broke how can you do this to people!!! We are starving and can't pay the bills because of the lay off. I can't see my doctor because there's no income can't get state aid because I am WHITE . Get people back to work!!!
Truck Driver: most efficient place ever. 45mins from time i arrived, Live Load, till i pulled out. I circled the shipping building (see pic). U can park overnight on the dirt road where all the empty trailers are
Well from the start, the gate guards are rude! As a driver we move merchandise all over the us for companied like this and for a wanna be cop to be a complete prick right away just goes to show that some people have no budiness havinh interactions with other. The actions of that one person has destroyed this vompany in my eyes. I will never support companies that have unprofessional employees.
I have very mixed views about this company. A few of the higher up managers really seem to care about their employees, but as a whole most of the management could care less about anything but themselves. Most try to work you to death, while they aren't doing anything themselves but lazing around talking. There is a lot of favoritism at this particular plant location from what I have seen. Very unprofessional in many cases. This company has decent pay and benefits IF you can even get hired full time, which can be hard for most, even if you're a great employee. Like I said, it's all based on favoritism here and who you know. The plant is pretty safe though, I will give them that. I feel like over the years employees haven't been as safe as the have in the past, but still pretty safe. The quality of their products is pretty hit or miss. Most of the time they preach quality to their employers, but in reality they don't care and I've seen some really questionable products be shipped out of this plant. It's all about how many they can send out the door, not how well they are built (at least in my experience). I do have to mention too this plant is filled with drugs and illegal activity, even at the management level. I think most turn a blind eye to it though (favoritism). If you can look past being treated like you work in a sweat shop with no dignity and don't mind working with felons and people strung out on drugs all the time, this jobs pays the bills.
