It is a good place! I have been going here frequently since February. Friendly staff. I never had a problem until the glass broke on my 2nd vape. The vape was defective! ( no other glass or plastic pieces would fit) This was my 2nd device that I had bought from here and as a weekly customer I thought the owner would be eager to help, but instead he treated me like a preppy college kid trying to make another dollar off of saling me a whole new tank. I told him no & he said well there is nothing I could do. Finally after about atleast 20 minutes he said, " I tell you what, I will be the one to deal with the headache of the manufacturer and i will just replace your tank. " I'm not sure what made him change his mind, maybe he could tell how irritated or pissed I was or maybe he realized that he should stand behind the products he is selling, or that I was planning on never coming back or that I was going to send my dad to deal with him lol , but at the end of the day he did completely replace my vape! I hope to never have to deal with him again! The rest of the staff are great & help you with any questions or concerns when it comes to vaping. I love their house made juice. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from & great vape devices too!
This place is amazing!! Great selection of everything. House ejuice is over the top, my absolute favorite is FORBIDDEN!!
