Called 7 times and they hung up on me every time. Know it wasn't my phone. I called two others that heard me fine.
I called about my bill and these ladies were extremely helpful to me and I applaud them. thanks for doing your job every day! its appreciated when you can call and talk to someone and if they cant help you they direct you to someone who can!
They are very, very rude people! They talk down to you and act as if they are above all. Amazingly, it is your fault if for some reason you don't get a bill in the mail. Paying online isn't any easier. I've had to call twice and read them my confirmation number after they tried to say the bill was late/past due and during both conversations they were extremely rude and never once apologized for trying to charge an unnecessary late fee. KEEP RECORDS OF YOUR PAYMENTS! You will need them with this company.

I have to reset all of the clocks in our house at least once a week. They can never seem to keep the power on. That, and they never answer the phone when you call. Terrible customer service. They have the monopoly on power, so where else can you go?
