Usually great place to eat slow when they get busy
I had an unpleasant experience over an order I had placed, the corporate office and the store manager have made sure that it wouldnt happen again in the future. The store manager has made the best compensation that he could for the issue that arose and I appreciate it very much. I have edited my review to show my satisfaction that Pizza Hut and the Manager have ensured. Thank you for always making the best pizza. You guys always strive for customer satisfaction and I can attest that you're doing a great job and keeping that promise to your customers!
Do not order from Pizza Hut. Ordered pizza online 2 hrs before I needed it delivered on my lunch break. I only get 30 minutes for lunch.. The pizza didn't leave the store until 6 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be at my place of employment. When the driver FINALLY showed up, 20 minutes of my lunch break was gone. So, I had 10 minutes to eat my lunch. When I called the store, I was informed that there is no time guarantee, my order was a "future order" because it was ordered 2 hrs before it had to be delivered. That orders were called in after my order and so they HAD to be delivered first, and then the guy on the phone, whose name is Garth, hung up on me. That is DEFINITELY not the way to get or keep my business..
