The staff is amazing and the apartment prices are great for everything you get. As a college student, I recommend trying to convince some friends or colleagues to stay at the Station also. It'll make the stay much more enjoyable. It is a much better and much cheaper place to stay than on campus and you're really not any further away. I can still walk to all my classes.
My friends and I decided to live here in May at the end of the school year because of how awesome the amenities are. We're just about all moved in and couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming including Tiffany, Kendall, Gabby, Erika and all the others! We can't wait for this upcoming year!
The staff at Station is super friendly and they are constantly hosting little events to make you feel at home! Being a dog mom, I love being able to meet other friendly dog parents when taking my sweet girl on walks. Station at Martin is a dorm-room styled apartment complex that is comfortable for you and a fur baby (if you decide to bring one!) I would definitely reccomend if you are looking for a happy and friendly environment to live in!
I've been living here for 3 years now. I love it here. The staff is better than ever before. They are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for all you do to make us residents happy.
I moved out of Station at Martin July 31st, 2017 but I have not received my deposit yet. When I moved out, they asked my new address and told me the deposit would be sent to my new address. In the Middle of September 2017, I called them about my deposit, they told me the deposit would be sent to my new address within 60 days of moving out. I visited their office on Monday Oct 9, 2017, the receptionist told me the check had been sent to my apartment at Station at Martin one week before (I definitely was not living there anymore). I asked him to check that apartment mailbox, nothing was there. He said his manager would be in the office in the afternoon that day. I saw the manager and the manager said the deposit was sent to the corporate and she just asked them to send it back. She verified with me my new address in their system, which was exactly right. I have not heard or seen anything from them so far.
