Fast friendly great food
Great staff!
I get pizza here often & usually get the $5 hot ‘n ready & don’t have any issues. But their customer service is terrible. A few months ago we ordered some things & after we picked it up (while on my lunch break) realized it wasn’t correct. I called the manager & explained that our order was messed up but I couldn’t come back bc my lunch break was over, she refused to refund the money or replace the food at a different time. I hoped it was a one time thing. Then tonight I called the store around 9pm to make sure that they would be open till 10pm. A few min before I got off work (9:45pm) I called to place my order & was told they didn’t take orders after 9:30pm, bc their ovens are already off. I said I had called to make sure they would be open till 10pm, & asked why I hadn’t been told then that I couldn’t order past 9:30pm, & she replied “That’s not the question that you asked.” Idk how you can say you’re open till 10pm but not be willing to serve customers till 10pm? She wasn’t apologetic or courteous at all, terrible customer service!
