The workers are nice and professional, however, they are extremely understaffed. The wait in the drive thru, at times, is longer than it takes to eat a decent meal at "sit-down" restaurant.

I love Taco Bell. I went in around 7 last night and it took 15 minutes to get our food. The dining room was busy but not packed, still everyone in the dining room had a long wait time. Food was okay once I got it.
Good. Not as good as it used to be though. I remember getting nachos and they were so awesome. Now they're just meh.
