Very nice
The apartments are nice and roomy and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is nice having a building to yourself and your roommates instead of having to share walls with the neighbors. Not very far from the UT Martin campus or from Union City, so you have adequate access to restaurants and shopping centers. The craftsmanship of the cabinetry and bathrooms are what you would expect for an apartment complex,but it is functional. Maintenance isn't that great; they tend to break things worse than what they were before. Overall its a good place to live while in school.
