Great food. Very slow service.
Usually a place I would give at least 4 stars, tonight earned only 1. I had to return to the counter 4 times before I was ever able to eat my meal beacsue items were wrong or missing from other meals ordered. The icing on the cake was when I had to return my husband's sandwich beacsue they gave me the wrong one. When I told the girl that it was wrong and I had already unwrapped and touched the sandwich, she seemed aggravated by that because she had to throw it away (this sanwhich apparently belonged to someone else). Long story short, a usually rather good restaurant got a bad review because the crew working had no clue how to handle a crowd of people.
Changing my review. Day shift is great. Night shift is terrible.
The service is great. The employees that have waited on me have always been kind and friendly, and the food is delicious. I got one hard and crunchy French toast stick once, but that is the lowest quality I have ever experienced with them, and it still wasn't even that bad. It was eatable. Lol
