They must have changed managment / someone to change things up because this was the best experience I have had. Clean place to eat, attentive staff & good fresh food. In the past I have not enjoyed the place and honestly only went because my husband wanted to.. but I was truly impressed.
Absolutely disgraceful. Went on thanksgiving night, only one server (not properly dressed) and one cook, no manager to speak of. Had a few tables filled, so understandable for it to take a while. Took 10 min to take order (not a problem considering). We never received silverware, after asking. Other tables had their plates brought out one by one, with several minutes in between. They were out of things, saying they couldn't get to the food because it was locked, and no one would come and open the food storage. Several times they brought out orders wrong. It took an hr and a half to get our food, and 20 more min for my son to get his, which was wrong, as well was ours. The waitress was extremely rude. When she brought my sons food, missing 3 items, i decided we were leaving. She tried to charge for the food that was never cooked for him, and for extra items I never received. She stated she couldn't take those items off, and gave her food discount. Sadly, this isn't the first time this store has been this way. When I was paying, the cook line floor was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been clean in a week, had several raw eggs on the floor as well. I won't be going again, sad, because my kids love this kind of food.
Staff is great. Food is not too great. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Omelette and I was greeted with a slab of fake eggs and a ball of frozen steak on top. The cheese wasn't melted. I also ordered a Turtle Milkshake and it had no flavor at all. I also ordered the Loaded Chili. I was then served a small cup of canned chili that was barely warm. There were three jalepenos on top...does that make my chili loaded? I don't think so. For having to pay $5.49, I was very disappointed and disgusted. The food my family and I ordered made our stomachs turn, and we haven't been able to leave the bathroom since. The only good thing I can say about this place is that my youngest daughter ordered Oreo Pancakes and they were delicious. They should be a pancake house, not a diner. As I said before, the staff was great but the food needs improvement.
We did not have a good experience. We will not go back. The waitress stated that we couldn't order cokes because none of them would be carbonated. So we all settled with water. My husband and daughter ordered a loaded bake potato with their meals and then the waitress stated that the staff forgot to prep them so they got fries. The loaded bake potatoes cost more but because they substituted the fries for the potatoes they said it was the same price. My husband also was suppose to get a salad with his and the waitress said she didn't bring it out til the end because she wanted it to be fresh.
The place was somewhat clean. Wasn't any people at any tables @ 1:30pm. That made me wonder if it was safe to eat here. Then the pesticide company showed up. That could be a good thing. The food was good, nothing outstanding. I had fries and chicken strips. I had to get ketchup off another table. I wasn't offered any. Did I mention the place was somewhat clean.
